Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period ends 30 days from the day you received your order or when a third party (other than the carrier) took possession of the product on your behalf.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
• The goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.
• Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Only regular-priced goods are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are not refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds without proof of receipt of the returned goods.

Gifts

If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver received the order and later gave it to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
